I passed level 845 over 1 week ago and am still waiting for new levels to upload....a FB friend passed 845 yesterday and had levels uploaded instantly....why?

How do I retreive my levels on my newly purchased phone??
I lost about 200 levels that I'd already won!! How do I get them back?? I logged in through facebook. I have the same brand of phone (Samsung), so I don't know what happened.

Is there any more levels on Candy Crush after 861...
I cleared all the levels last week and anxiously waiting for another land to open.Also.on my kindle it is only showing up to 845 so not syncing with my facebook account.

Missing tunnels in level 657
The tunnels that connect the bottom to the top of the board are missing on my FB Candy Crush.

I have cleared level 110 on candy crush on my windows phone and since then I couldnt get into my game. It starts loading and then closes. it wasnt connected to facebook. what should I do now? how to get into it? Please someone help me.

Where are my points
I was on my phone and it linked/connected to facebook. Before the link, I was at 200 now and it kicked me back to 0. I am want to be back to where I worked hard to get. How do I do that.

I cant get past level 342.
I've cleared all 14 jellies & made points several times but it won't let me progress - help! I hate that it doesn't tell you how many jellies you had left (except mobile addition). Even wasted boosters to no avail!
