Why does 829 suck?

Why does 829 suck - that's not a question I need answered, I know why it sucks - it's impossible.  Getting 20 wrapped candies is close to impossible without a whole lot of luck.  And please don't point me to the video saying it can be done.  I know it can be done, but the guy that beat that level got lucky beyond belief.  He had at least 10 wrapped candies appear without him doing anything, that doesn't happen often.  Please fix this level somehow!

One of the moderators here commented about this level, there's nothing wrong with the level, only that it's difficult, ha.

There is something wrong with this level. You say its difficult I disagree, difficult means it's possible to complete using skill but this level needs a hell of a lot of luck and that requires no skill at all.
