Boosters gone

I was unable to connect to Facebook ("no kingdom, etc"). When, two days later, it reconnected to Facebook I'd lost all of my earned/saved boosters from the wheel (unpaid). I had a LOT. Where'd they go and how do I get them back? Long time player who's annoyed with this lack of response. I've dedicated hours to the game, could you please take a minute to respond and help? Not a fellow member, someone who can actually help please??
