I would like to know why the live sended by the other player to me desapear, why can I not save them

why can I not save lives for later, people send lives to me and everytime I log out fb and come back later they are not there

When you have a full set of lives (5) the rest should stay in the message centre. I never tick accept unless I am short on lives. Is this what you mean?

I get what Bexzy is asking bc I have same prob...No, I don't click accept on mine and they disappear also. I'll leave with say, 15 lives from friends, I'll come back later, refreshed page, and IF I even have an envelope, there'll only be like one life in it. Doesn't seem to matter what level I'm on in the game. Actually happens pretty regularly.
