And I all I EVER get is a brush off?! I have ALWAYS played the game both on facebook and my phone shows they are properly synced yet facebook version has NEVER acknowledged my phone progress. If it were to happen on other games I'd get it but it is ONLY this one!? either someone helps or I quit all your games period!!!

Yes I have and no it doesn't solve anything.if this is all the help the king team gives....well I friggin quit this is annoying to be playing for so long and never get any actual help or resolution to the issue!!

this is RIDICULOUS!!! so now while facebook still does NOT acknowledge my mobile progress (although my phone when I move on in face book moves backwards to level 245) ALL my gifts are received there?! I get NONE in my inbox here,on my computer,but log on my phone.....BAM have 200 gifts waiting there for me.....either it connects or it doesn't.....seems real double standard here people!!
