Ok.....here goes, for the second time!
I tryed to purchase gold for £3.99 on candy crush. Message came up saying there was an error but dont worry no money has been removed from my account. So I tryed again another two time....same message. Next day I check my bank account and surprise! surprise! three lots of £3.99 have been taken! But no gold.
So I go too candycrush.com. click on help. Fill out the questionaire blah blah.
Do I get a refund? No.
Do I get my gold? No.
Do I get an explanation? No.
What I get is an automated email telling me to come here and fill out another questionaire! Great!
Does king realise that obtaining money for goods and not supplying said goods or a refund is THEFT! Wake up! Sort this out!
