1000 red candies crushed

I was playing the candy crush game to get my bars for valentines day by getting 1000 red candies...I got 78% when I run out of lives so I asked my friends for lives & received them...Started playing again showed I got 23% more of the candies but then it kept resetting to zero % never got my gold bars or lollipop! Please check this out for me . Thanks  username Hushpuppie
