I have sent multiple requests to my friends, over 20 people I play with, and only 2 have received. Why are other friends not getting my requests?

Hi Angela! Have you tried to use the tickets on King.com? Just go to King.com, login, and in top right corner you can click on account and from there sync with your Facebook progress. After this you should be able to send and receive help :-)
