Why am I not able to get a third cherry on Candy Crush level 849?
I have played this level several times and cleared the board and no third cherry to pass the level. I can see the cherry in the locked center area but all keys have been removed and no way to get to the 3rd cherry. I even paid to continue for 5 more moves thinking a new key might drop but it never did. I guess I'm not playing anymore until fixed.

I was watching this video and I think you need to remove the top layers first before you use the keys. It seems to work here anyway. Check out the video and try it next time you play.
