Missing gold bars

almost a month ago, I bought 50 gold bars. I had 21 left one day, went to play and saw I had 4 left. Have no idea what happened. Decided to buy another 50. Used 9 this time, so I should have had 41 left. Went back into play again and noticed my bars were down to less than 5 again. I don't know what is happening. I tried restoribg purchases, but that didn't work. This is my second time posting with no resolution. At this rate, I really can't make any more purchases, I'm afraid I may have to stop playing altogether. I'm tired of my purchases disappearing! Help please!

Hey Irene, if you are having troubles with a purchase you've made i'd go to the link below and get in touch with customer services directly with the receipts and stuff, they will look into it and sort that out.
