i've installed the app candy crush saga on my lumia 530 phone twice

and both times it's stopped working , once at level 66 and again at level 63. does anyone have any idea why this happening

    Hi Michael Reddan! I read on the web that you need to have "ad id" activated. Any Windows Phones users who can verify this?
