There is too many water blocks, not enough moves to grow peppers to break the statues, plus have the cat stealing them as the only moves possible is the current line he is on. Have been on this level for a while and it is impossible to do.
This is a difficult level for sure. You're obviously experienced being on level 438 to begin with! I recommend checking out some videos on youtube, choose the moves carefully with the frustrating cat and eventually you'll do it.

Do iOS can download pepper panic saga from the Apple store because i look on it an it not on the Apple store at all. Why is not on it but other’s games like candy crush saga games is on the Apple store apps.
