PC levels lower than android

On my android I've reached lvl. 391 but pc still shows 385I have encountered this problem a couple of times before, where it was "solved" by reaching next bridge on android. When friends helped me on, I would get access to next chapter on both pc and android.I have tried to force a shutdown of cc on android, open and sync. again, but my  pc still shows me on lvl 385.Does anyone know how to make the pc update to current lvl?

Hi Anita! Sounds like a connectivity issue. Please go into settings of Candy Crush and disconnect to Facebook, then go back to the game menu and click the blue Facebook connect button. Once re-connected your progress should be synced correctly. Cheers :-)

I have tried that several times over a couple of days, it does not solve my problem
