What do you do when the game will not advance to the next level even though you have passed it twice

level 786 played and got through first time after purchasing gold bars which I used up for the game. Game came up with error without advancing to next level. reported to King and they credited me with some gold bars. Played game several times again and got through. Game still will not advance to next level, have advised King but need game to advance to next level I have used up all my gold bars and Kings and don't want to have to go through it for the 3rd time and remain stuck.

Have you tried playing the game on King.com?
Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:
1) Click on Settings
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows
Once done your progress is synchronized and you should be able to play without any issues.
