I cannot connect to server, what can I do to fix?

I cannot connect to server from ipad, error message. So I cannot make purchases or ask friends for lives.

Hi LG, have you tried to restart your iPad? Also, check for updates for your game and device. Make sure you use a good WiFi connection and turn off mobile data to see if that works.

Cannot connect to server. Updated all apps. Rebooted IPad, reset internet wireless modem, switched to IPhone data to make sure it is not my internet connection. Logged in and out of Facebook, tried to log in with Apple - all to no avail! There is a glitch in this program... can you fix it? Please? Waiting for your reply. Sue
