Is anyone having trouble with Candy Crush level 853? I can't seem to get the candies on top to come down & I have used several vertical stripped candies and/or stripped & wrapped candies and they just stay there. Every now & then they will come down, but there are more times that they don't. I thought it only took one time to blast the licorice away, but these seem to take 2 or more times...or none! Oh & I'm playing from my personal computer via facebook.

It takes 2 strikes on this level. Try and use the conveyor belt to your advantage, get some striped candies in there and wait until they are in the right place to use them.

I've run into the same problem. I've used sent up two vertical stripes and they still won't bust open the top right caged candy. There's apparently no need to continue to play.

I'm back to say, it must be a glitch. It does not necessarily need 2 strikes to release those upper cherries. In one game, I hit them 3 times...nothing. And in the game I just final won, 1 hit was all that was needed. It has to be a glitch.
