Failed to contact store

candy crush had "fail to contact store" for several days  this also makes the booster wheel not work  I dont want to reinstall because I'll lose my saved boosters

please help

Hi Zach! Sounds like an issue with the Internet connection. Please try switching from 3G/4G to Wifi to see if that will solve the issue.

i have this problem with alphabetty saga and i use wifi and have tried everything to sort this problem out. its very frustrating

Unfortunately this is a very complex issue so please either you have to reinstall the game. Or you have to contact our player support directly from the game application.
