Has the green candy reward been resolved for anyone?

I was contacted by Mark Hawk who explained that the game had a glitch and asked for my Facebook ID in order to manually credit me the missing rewards. 

I know a lot of people have\had this sameissue. I'm wondering if anyone has had the issue resolved.
