Overpayment charged for gold bars

I purchased 55 gold bars for the advertised price for $4.99 and was notified through my payment carrier I was charged $14.90. I am requesting a refund of the overpayment amount immediately. This isn't right and this is the first time this has ever happened and now I am Leary of ever purchasing again.
