On Candy Crush. I had 9 gold bars this morning. They have disappeared. What happened?

I played AlphaBetty for the first time. It gave me so many free bars. I used some or all of them. Not sure. Didn't say anything about taking from Candy Crush. Is this what happened?  If so. They should have informed me. I wouldn't have used them had I known this.
