i reached 114,00 points on level 110 after trying for a long long time and it didn't let me out why

im not happy about this i,ve been trying to get out for a long time why when i reached the points and more did it not let me out of the level now i have to keep trying for two or more weeks not right

Hi Jim! Sounds like something went wrong in progressing you to the next level.

Have you tried playing the game on King.com?

Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:

1) Click on Settings

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should be able to play and progress without any issues.
