Lives for night worls

everyone I talk to gets 5 lives for candy crush regular world and then 5 for the night world. I have been playing this since it came out and I do not have that on mine. I have kept it updated but that still doesn't happen on mine. Anyone know how to fix it

Hi Kristal! Is the problem on your mobile or Facebook?

Have you tried playing the game on King.com?

Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:

1) Click on Settings

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows

Once done your progress is synchronized and you can send and receive help.
