Why are many Candy crush levels easier on Facebook?

I play Candy crush mostly on my iPad through the App and occasionally on a PC on Facebook.  Whenever I am stuck on my iPad, I try to get on a PC and almost always find the level easier.  In dreamworld, the moonstrucks are also generally more potent.  Why is this the case?

I know that the levels can be slightly different across different platforms, but I think some may be slightly easier on FB and others on mobile devices. I have never really noticed them all in favour of FB.

I have never noticed that they are easier on Facebook. They seem the same to me in both places
