green level challenge

I had completed the green level challenge over the weekend. Received pop-up notifications stating I got the rewards but they are no longer on my page. This is the second time this has happened to me and I about to uninstall the game as I'm getting frustrated with losing my rewards. What happened? Why were they there one day and now they are gone?
