Why are lives and help unlocking levels not registering on my iPhone?

Friends have sent me lives and help unlocking levels in CCS which are almost always very, very slow registering on my iPhone 6 Plus, or on frequent occasions do not register at all.  This appears to be a problem with the IOS app itself.  I see the Facebook notifications arrive on my iPhone; however, they are not registering in the Candy Crush Saga IOS app.  The requests are processed correctly in the CCS Facebook app on my PC and I often need to log into Facebook on my PC to unlock levels.  I have the latest version of the CCS IOS app installed and I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the IOS app on two separate occasions.

    Hi Jeff! I've heard of a similar case and it was solved by switching Internet connection from WiFi to 3G/4G. Please try this and it should work properly again. Cheers :-)

    Hey Jeff, same issue here on my iPhone.. I log out in CCS from facebook and then connect again. After this I get my notifications in CCS! Greetz

    I have tried and not work on my iPhone 6 Plus . How ? Still not moving .
