How do you do level 733? How do you release the color bomb behind bars?

I tried to unlock the color bomb by removing the candy next to it hoping it would open. Nothing happened. The chocolate overpowers any ability to make a color bombs. There must be a way since others have passed it. please help.

Try these tips to help you pass the level  

The best way is to create a colour bomb + striped candy combination with the colour of the striped candy matching the colour of the candies besides the colour bombs under liquorice locks). 

Each booster you add is placed in the corners with the licorice wrapped colour bombs. They are very difficult to access if you only add one or two, but with the addition of a third, two of the boosters will be together. A colour bomb + striped candy or a striped candy + wrapped candy is very useful there.
