Customer Service Lacks- Missing Gold Bars

Bought Gold Bars, and your "lack of" Service Representative said I bought something I did not buy (bubble gum). I have given screenshots to prove it and all the idiot keeps saying is "We would not take gold bars if you did not purchase something"... Well you did-- and I did not buy them. How many emails must I send to get this resolved?
