Why can't I unlock Dreamworld on my mobile devices?

I have passed over 15 levels of Dreamworld on Facebook but both my iphone and my Kindle Fire still show a question mark where the owl should be. I have obviously passed level 50, though I haven't yet unlocked the next episode. Both mobile devices show starts on level 50 so they agree that I have passed level 50.

Hi Wingletfly33! I can't remember if I have ever seen a question mark where the owl for Dreamworld is. However I can tell you that access to levels in Dreamworld depends on how many levels you progress in the normal levels in Candy Crush. I suggest you progress to next chapter in the normal levels, then switch to Dreamworld. Cheers :-)

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
