Where are the gold bars I paid for?

On May 10, I bought 100 gold bars for Candy Crush from Amazon.  Where are they?  I've "contacted" King several times but have heard nothing.  I've spent quite a lot of money on this so far, but the last 3 purchases have not gone well.  Amazon refunded the last two because King ignored my "contacts".  Here's proof of the order. It's time to pay up.
