Ticket request is not working from 935 to 936

I have been requesting tickets to proceed to next level, and it gives me the option to ask friends, but does not submit the request. I have had my friends in the same room when I do it & it's not asking them to help me. I've been stuck here for over a week. There are also times when I spin the wheel & the wheel doesn't stop

Have you and your friends checked that all of you have adjusted your Facebook settings? Some things regarding permissions have changed on Facebook and if you don't adjust this for all your game apps, you might not send and receive accordingly. Go to settings on your Facebook page, select apps, select the game and revise your chosen options.
