Locled after completimg levell 245

I completed level 245 and received 2 of the 3 unlocks. Usually after 72 hours if I don't receive the 3rd unlock the game unlocks automatically.  It has been over a week and the game is still locked. Is there a way to proceed without buying gold bars or getting the 3rd unlock?

Hi Janice!

I normally send out the help requests a second time if the unlock stalls.

I can also recommend playing the game on King.com.

Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:

1) Click on Settings

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows

Once done your progress is synchronized and you can send and receive help.
