Programming error Candy Crush Saga level 962

I have gotten rid of all of the drop down nuts and cherries except 1, in one case, and 2 in another, with plenty of moves left, but no matter what I do, the remaining nuts or cherries will not drop, so I can't finish the level.  This has happened twice out of about 40 times playing the game, and both of those times I would have won if the nuts or cherries had actually appeared.
