Issue with level 963

On level 963, there are three spaces that ingredients are supposed to fall by squeezing through candy dispensers once empty.  I've watched a YouTube video of this level, where this has happened successfully, and since this has failed to happen for me for the second time now, I am suspecting a bug to be at work.  Please look into this and fix it as soon as you read this.  Thanks in advance.
