Level 949 problem

Candy crush level 949

there is a glitch on for level 949. In left side in the 4th column, NO candies are falling so it is not possible to destroy the jelly in the 4th column at the bottom. I have watched numerous videos but this level is not working correctly on my mobile device. Please advise or I cannot continue playing. Are you going to repay the money I spent trying to complete this level.
