I tried to purchase gold bars but it did not go through. The next day I tried again, and the purchase went through. But now I have two charges of $4.99 for two sets of 50 gold bars (making 100 bars), but only received 50 bars. How do I get credit for the 50 I did not receive, or get the other 50 (that I was charged but never received)??
