Different level boards when using different devices + owl balance in BOTH worlds on cell

On level 703 (regular board) and 123 (dream world). Dream world is fine but the regular board is different on my laptop than my cell. Also, on my cell the regular board has the owl balance but I can't see it. I only know I've tipped when the owl fall off and I get the pop up about it.
I've read other posts on the different boards between devices and followed the instructions but problem remains. Haven't seen anything on the owl balance infecting the main boards.

I have never seen that before. The only thing I can really recommend is updating the game and your software etc. Maybe disconnect and reconnect to Facebook if you're sync'd. Worst comes to worst you can delete the game but then you will lose your boosters so keep that in mind.
