I played level 464 and passed it but candy crush will not let me move to the next level????

Which version of the game do you have installed on your mobile?

I suggest you check iTunes/Google Play for updates.

Another option is to connect the game to Facebook or Kingdom, then play the level on Facebook or King.com - once you have completed the level the progress is synced back to your mobile device and you can continue to level 465.
