I've lost lives and 3 extra moves in CC mail twice today and there's no way to retrieve them. No 1st

So often I open CCSaga and receive some lives and extra moves. When I log out all of it is gone. No fair!

This is normal, its part of how the game works on Facebook. There's a little 'i' button in the mailbox and if you click it, it states that any messages can only be used on the first time you play. If you then leave the game you will lose them.

So they are there to use when you first play and that's it.
