Hello, Please fix bug, i lost 2 lifes and 2 fishies.......

    Here is the answer I got from King.  Of course, there suggestions didn't work for me. You might have more luck:

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with the game.

    Can you please try playing in another browser (if you are using Internet Explorer for example, you may try with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).

    Our games are flash based so it is highly recommended that you download the latest version of the Flash program: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ or re install if you already have the latest version.

    If you have too many tabs or other programs open while playing this may affect the game performance as well.

    What I advise you to do is to close the other tabs and running programs and make sure that you clear the cache regularly: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

    Please also delete the cookies when emptying the browser cache. Restart your PC afterwards as otherwise the cookies may remain active for up to 4 hours.

    If none of my recommendations work, then we can try deleting the game from Facebook.

    In order to delete the game from Facebook:

    Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the app in question.

    Clear cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache.

    Then restart your PC, go to Facebook, search for the game and add it to your Facebook account again.Don’t worry, deleting the game will not delete your progress. When you re install the game, you will be on the same level as before.

    If your browser is using a pop-up blocker, please deactivate this blocker from the “Settings” menu of your browser whilst playing our games.
