Last Cherry Not Dropping In Level 991

I have cleared 2 cherries so many times now in this level, and have used power ups and extra lives to try and get the remaining cherry released - without success.  I came here and realised that it is a known issue.  I have wasted $16.95 on this stupid glutch and want my money back - how do I go about getting refund?  And when will this glitch be fixed, as there is no point in playing until it is?
