Color Bomb Challenge

The other day I was notified about the Color Bomb Challenge on my mobile app. I've been playing like crazy and had only about 50 more color bombs to go before winning the big prize with 11 hours left. All of a sudden, the tab counting them went away and it won't let me complete the challenge. My "mailbox" doesn't even show up. I didn't complete the challenge and I know this because I didn't get any of the prizes.
