Level 991 last ingredient won't drop

I've been playing and am stuck on level 991. The last ingredient won't drop?  I've played a bunch of times and gotten down to the last ingredient with over 15 moves left, but nothing drops.  In the process I've used 7 coconut wheels, trying to get it to work.  Is there a problem that is getting fixed?

It's not releasing the cherries.  I want my money back in trying to get them to come down.  We should be compensated.
