Candy Crush wont load

For the past 4 days Candy Crush will not load, it only gets to somewhere between 4 - 7% ...  I've tried on the work and home computer but same results with both. Have never had a problem before and can see that lots of people are having the same issue also within the past few days -- cannot see any posted solutions.. please advise how to fix this (have followed your video but that made no difference).
