Glitch in Level 1001 Candy crush saga

Hi a few days ago I sent a message regarding the keys not dropping in time for level 1001 I have been down to one move left and not all of the keys have fallen in order to collect the ingredients needed to finish the level. You had asked me to forward my ID number and have done so but have not yet heard anything back from anyone can you please help asap as I am getting frustrated. Thank you.
