Major Irritation With Bombs!

I am on Level 1015 and by the time I make a swap AND the side panels move, I run out of time. You are given 9 times to complete the level but you sit through at least one just waiting to be able to swap other candies. I don't think it's fair that you can't move candies during the bomb segments. If you can't do that within the programming parameters, you would at least think you would give more time. I also don't think it's right that in order to complete a level it will require that you buy more time. I can do the challenges, just make them fair!
