Ugh okay I am so frustrated!

So I've made it to the part of the game where you ask your 3 friends to help you out to unlock the new levels. I've asked three people, all three accepted but it's only showing as two. I've asked a zillion people and it still won't show that they have accepted it. It's been almost a week. I even tried the fairy thing that let's you unlock it and every time I try to click it, it refreshes the page and doesn't do anything! I also play on my mobile phone and tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing is working at all. I need help, any solutions??

Hi Sarah!

Have you tried playing the game on King.com?

Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:

1) Click on Settings

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows

Once done your progress is synchronized and you can send and receive help.
