My screen is frozen. It is the screen with the candies being dropped into a pot then the "claim

rewards" button should light up and I can move on.  The button does not light so I can't do anything.  How can I move on?  Of I delete the app, will this fixed the problem, or will I be taken back to level #1?  I don't want that to happen!!  Please advise a course of action.  Thank you.

This is happening on my iPad. If I quit out of the game (double click the home button and flick the app off the screen), when I relaunch I am back on the map screen. But after every round, win or lose, I get stuck on the "claim rewards" screen and I have to quit out again. This is merely a workaround until the bug is fixed.
