loading issues even if flash player and google chrome are updated/installed/uninstalled.

I tried your video instruction regarding loading issues but it's still the same - loading up to 5%. Then I've had lot of research how to debug so that I can play candy crush again. Sadly, still loading since last month. To the developer of the game, is there more debugging solutions to configure the game again correctly? Also, I connect the game to facebook; in mobile, but it won't.
