Is any help in sight for level 1001?

I am having the same trouble as everyone else.  The ingredients only fall one at a time and next ingredient won't appear until the other is gone.  This is so unfair as my friends got to the level the day before I did and got to pass it fairly easily, without needing to use up all this time and free or paid for moves.  They have a lead and I am stuck in a glitch like many of us and King does not seem to want to help nor reply.  We should all be reimbursed with tons of goodies.  Heck, even getting the jackpot once in my life on the free spin would be a help.  Does anyone know who to contact to make our complaints heard?  I'm really getting peeved at this game.  I have been playing it over 3 years now.

Hi,,, I passed level 1001 yesterday but had to buy twicw lifw with gold bars,,, I did it as soon as I cleared on my own 3 ingredients,,,hope this helps you
