Glitch at level 1001, lost my progresss

in Support
i saw other posts about the glitch on level 1001 where the candies won't drop and the game freezes. I had this problem too, so I saved my progress (or so I thought), deleted the game and reloaded it. When I logged back on, ALL of my progress, gold bars and boosters were lost and I was back at level one. I have been unable to access customer support on the King site. HELP!
